My real issue is not with the drop off location company, but rather that UHaul usesits customers to balance to inventory Rather than allow me to turn in my retail at a company location 3 miles from my home, you mandated that I turn it into a location 35 miles away! When I complained you shifted me to a location 20 miles away. Not great customer service-
