Terribly long 24/7 check-in process that took 40+ minutes to get someone on the phone to resolve the "check in button not available" issue. Truck also did not have the additional equipment I had requested.
Hunter H.The vehicle had very poor alignment and was very difficult to handle. The weather condition was rainy which made it a nightmare. I would like to have my money back. Poor vehicle maintenance can cost someone's life.

Larry J.The truck was clean, but had a mechanical issue that could be very dangerous. The truck would shut off while driving down the road..... Losing all power steering and power brakes. It would start back up as soon as you shifted to neutral and turned the key but to lose power as you are trying to make a turn and having to fight the truck to keep from hitting the curb or someone is dangerous. I rented for 12 hours. It started this on the return trip loaded and shut off probably 10 times.
