ryan sSomehow my online app-placed reservation did not send a confirmation notice to the Rental Pickup Location. The result was I placed a call to the Location phone and they promptly arrived to process my reservation. Better corporate internal communications may be necessary to address this. Otherwise, Keith at OHanlon’s did an outstanding job!
