I found that it was very stressful not hearing from U-Haul until the evening before pick up of the truck. I feel that there should be more communication as it is already a stressful time when moving. Every person I spoke too was extremely helpful and a special shoutout to the lady at the Riddell location in Orangeville. She was amazing and provided me with reassurance when I told her we were having to move as I recently lost both my parents.
