Kevin QWe were sent to this location because our original location didn’t have size truck we ordered. And with the truck I order use is upright dolly. Thus location didn’t have any so instead of putting in paperwork put up one from different location. He just canceled it. And sent me to a different location but in doing that the other location couldn’t rent me one because I was going out of state and the computer didn’t understand that. All he had to do was keep dolly on paperwork and then send me to another location to pick up. So I had to buy one to use. I have had to drop off a truck at this location before and had them argue with us on that. We do not doing business with this location at all twice now done business and each time had issue.
David SThis was scheduled as a counter check in. They were closed at 4 even though scheduled til 6. Check in through the app took 35 minutes due to poor coverage. The van windshield inside is filthy and very dangerous when traveling into the sun. I will not be using this location again.
