Michael RWorst experience ever!! I was quoted 260.00, and pick up in Weatherford. Then I was sent to Springtown to pick up. It wasn’t there! I was then sent back to Weatherford to pick up and was charged 325.00!! Had workers waiting on me. Finally got to my house to start and all the items I paid for was not in the truck!! Then I dropped it off in WEATHERFORD and was told any location is fine as long as it’s in Weatherford!!! Was also told I would be credited for all the equipment I paid for and didn’t get! Well guess what?? They took another 124.00 out of my account!!!!! I WILL report this to better business bureau, social media, and every e I know the type of business y’all run. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Will NEVER use again!! And if my bank account is touched again by you, without my consent , I will get an attorney!!!!
Becky BPaul is a DEFINITE ASSET for U-Haul Customer satisfaction . But , the pricing for a truck is Too High . Drop the rates by 30% !!
