EUGENE TTrailer had not been emptied before pickup. Light wiring cable had to be replaced. Employees were very helpful and took care of all the issues hence the above average even though there were some issues.
John BCustomer service rep was great. Helped me out with everything. Also assisted with getting my drop off location changed for me while in transit.
