I believe that there is a sham involved with uhaul. When I pick up a truck I should first find it full of gas but if not then I should be able to return it with the same amount of fuel and not be charged for it being under a quarter tank. If you want it to have a quarter tank then I should get it with a quarter tank. You can’t charge the other person for leaving it without enough fuel not put some in and then charge me again for this

Need more knowledgeable and attentive representatives. Did not know the answers to several questions, claimed changes could only be made online, told us appliance dolly was not available (we later found it already in the box). Did not walk out onto the lot to do a pre-inspection or make sure we got the right vehicle. Truck was not available on the day and location of requested pickup. We had to expend an additional 6 man-hours and $40 in gas on the day before the move to retrieve it.
Christopher HUhaul needs to Add an extra day. 3 days on a big truck is not enough.
JOSEPH JThe trailer’s left signal light did not work. We were on a time constraint and did not have time to go back in to the store and switch to a different trailer. When these trailers are returned, someone should be checking to make sure all lights work properly. We took a risk traveling with this trailer but had no other choice.
Erin MLocation didn’t prioritize me. I had to wait 30 minutes after arrival to be helped. Truck had not been cleaned out - French fries under the seats and napkins in the door. Mileage on the truck was not updated/entered by location correctly. This location literally told me they don’t check the trucks - so I needed to double check all the information.
