James was great when I picked up the truck. U-Hauls computer systems were workings slow or not at all at times but he stuck with it and made sure it got done as quickly as possible.

NICOLAS BFirst off, i arrived while the place was open but the lady on the phone with uhaul insisted i was there after hours. Wouldn’t help with anything while i was inside dealing with the store clerk. After re-entering my data several times and requiring 3 additional people of contact, i was able to get the truck. I rented the uhaul and it had barely enough gas to get me to the closest gas station. The store clerk said I would be reimbursed for this and never was. Second off, what started as a $19.95 a day rental charge, turned into over 250$!! Through the uhaul app I added a $15 package for protection but was charged 30$ in the end. I submitted an inquiry regarding this and never received contact. And nothing was fixed with this.
