I refill the gas tank to the same amount I took the truck with, they try to charge me for gas, when I call to find out why he was the charge me he pond me off very quickly to the general U-Haul phone number, did not even listen to what I have to say. Very poor handling on the situation, I sent photos from when I took the truck and when I return it and the reprenstative from U-Haul took the charge right off.

NADINE RIt was a little difficult to find because they don’t have a sign out there but I get it. It’s a small plaza and the vehicles are parked in the back but besides that Customer Service was great they took care of me quick I was out that door in less than five minutes. .
