We spoke because of issues I had with cleaning out the truck, they claim they couldn't check in the truck until it was cleaned out. They were supposed to call someone to come out either a rollout truck and give me the price. Next day I get an email saying they already checked it in, and gave alot of extra charges over $1000. Tried charging my card without my permission, basically knew what they was gonna do anyway even though we spoke. Just handle straight up business and not try to get over on customers. People act like they don't have the resources act like they wanna help and do crooked business.

The truck we had was very dirty both inside and outside. The windshield wiper on the drivers side was in poor condition and did not clean half of the windshield, luckily it did not rain or snow. The passenger side mirror would not stay in place and kept dropping every time I hit a bump in the road making it dangerous to drive.
