The service was fine. My only issue is we returned the truck 15 minutes past our return time and were charged for a full additional day. Disappointing.

The woman in charge was great. I explained the truck was not clean when we got it. Windshield film, muddy floors, smelled like cigarettes. She was very apologetic.
