I attempted to contact the location twice to clarify some details and was not successful. I had to contact U-Haul directly.
Sharon PI really had no idea how to drop off the trailer, I saw a key drop from people leaving keys, but did not see signs for trailers. Also, impossible area to turn around in as there was a rental truck parked in the way and other cars lining up to get into storage lot. My son and I had to hand push the trailer into position. This is not a complaint, just providing input to help.
THOMAS PA jack stand would have been helpful in getting the trailer off of our hitch instead of having to lift it off.
Steve BMake sure to verify the business hours. U-Haul was happy to let me order online at the same time the business closed. The staff did an AMAZING job of helping me do a mobile pickup.
