Steve WI attempted to contact the location twice to clarify some details and was not successful. I had to contact U-Haul directly.
Sharon PI really had no idea how to drop off the trailer, I saw a key drop from people leaving keys, but did not see signs for trailers. Also, impossible area to turn around in as there was a rental truck parked in the way and other cars lining up to get into storage lot. My son and I had to hand push the trailer into position. This is not a complaint, just providing input to help.
