Had 11:00 am appt and was empty lot business Closed down. Called U-Haul was told to go across street to Wings and Rings for dealer and manager said not then go to Urban nail and Spa and they had nothing to do with it. Called U-Haul ba k and they could not get ahold of dealer and was told to go to another dealer and left to go and was half a mile away and called me ba k and said the dealer would be there In 20 min to hook up at old lot. Told her I was inroute to new location and was told it was closed and would need to go back to old lot and wait. About 10 minutes later two people arrived and one was the manager from wings and rings. 11:40 now and had 900 miles to drive.

Nothing to improve everything great
Mario AI needed a furniture dolly for this location and I had booked one for my reservation. The manager did not care to let me know that had zero available until last minute. Until my time with the U-Haul had already begun. Manager also tacked on an insurance on me that I did not ask for. Will be going to a different location next time.
