Recommendations that are unrelated to this specific location but related to U-Haul in general... 1. The website indicated that this location didn't open till 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays when in reality, this location is open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays. 2. I extended my rental by one day because I was unable to unload within one day. I was informed that the charge for the 2nd day would be the daily rental fee, mileage, and the insurance fee. Turns out I was charged for the extra day for the equipment as well. This information was not given but would have been helpful to know. The bill was much higher than I expected for the 2nd day.

The app has far too many steps for pick up and is not user friendly. We spend 30 minutes trying to pick up our truck on Sunday morning.

debra cTruck was somewhat dirty on the inside / cab portion of the unit. The drivers side door did not latch well, and the dash would tell you the door was ajar randomly. The truck served it's purpose for me and it worked well.
