Paid for a 1 way from Menomonee Falls, WI to Hartford, WI. Uhaul changed the pickup location last minute to West Bend WI, still 1 way to Hartford, WI. In the middle of the move, Uhaul called and changed the drop off to Kewauskum, WI (10 miles further away from pickup location). They would not change the rates to round-trip because the truck was not returned to West Bend, WI. Did not get what I paid for (1 way 10 miles with truck), ended up with 1 way premium price and driving 58 miles to pick up and drop the truck where they wanted. This company does not respect its customers. Will not use or recommend going forward. Very disappointed in their customer service group.

It was an awesome experience but the passenger side door did not open from the outside. It was manageable but a little inconvenient. Great overall experience. I would highly recommend!

Freindly fast service. The trailer tire pressures were uneven by 10 psi, not too serious. The safety chains are so long they had to be twisted many times to shorten. I had one pop off on the freeway.

I like how the option is given to use blankets or hand truck in terms of having them available in the truck, just break the seal and you’ll be charged accordingly, but it takes up cargo space and makes loading awkward.

While the people at Baer were extremely nice and helpful, I have to say U Haul themselves "upgraded" me from a 17 ft to a 26 ft truck, and I specifically did NOT want a truck that big. They are a BEAST to drive, and I really wanted something smaller, but I had to take it.

I did not know you had to check out on line when I came in to rent. I asked about return and she told me where to park and where to put the keys and to sweep it out.I should of been told you had to go to link to check out too.
