The only issue was the inability to take all the required pictures when the truck was returned. We needed to take multiple pictures and tries over 20 pics and it would not except the picture. No idea why but I had to give up on that after almost 30 minutes trying. It was on Sunday and no one was there for support. They always do a great job and it was definitely a software issue nothing to do with the local company. I rate them a Perfect 5.
