The truck was in need of some kind of maintenance, there was a loud squealing sound if we went over 65 mph. This made for a very long 17 hour cross country move.

Didn't tell me that the roof had a small hole in it. Found out after I returned it and went through paper work. Didn't like that they are only open until 3pm everyday.

I will return to this location to rent equipment in the future. I will drive further for great service while driving past the saukville,Wi. Uhaul dealer just 1.5 miles from my home because their service is non existant. Useless employee with 0 customer servive more than one time trial. Never again! and I will be sure to tell anyone I know or hear they plan on renting equipment not to bother with Saukville.

The reason for this low review is that it was not mentioned by the agent, that the mileage rate for renting a vehicle is different Monday-Thursday vs Friday-Sunday. It turned out to be half again as much per mile as my previous rental. (.89 vs .59 previous rental). It adds up! The print is very small on the contract, I just didn't take notice of it. Had I realized this prior to renting, I could have rented any other day of the week, if the agent had mentioned what the mileage rate was going to be. I had no reason to expect that it would be any different than my prior rental experience. I feel gouged, and I'm unhappy about it!

Kim was great; very knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely return for future rental needs. Inside of enclosed trailer was very slippery with snow on shoes and boots. It would be good if U-Haul put some anti-slip tape on the bare sheet aluminum floor. It would also be good to have a tongue jack. In these litigious times, I am surprised to find these safety items missing.
