Use some common sense. Upon return of the truck the "guy that handles U-haul" was out in parking lot helping someone hook up equipment, so I left key with girl at counter. Apparently by the time the truck return was processed it was 30 minutes past the return time I was charged for an extra day. I have rented U-haul trucks many times at many other locations have never had any problems. Will not use this location again.

The 5' x 8' trailer had three leaks in the roof I discovered after loading furniture in the trailer and rain started. I had to have the furniture unloaded. When I called the office location where I rented the trailer, the young person said I would have to call back after 10:00 AM the next day. The only good thing she did after I was persistent about talking to someone immediately, was she gave me the phone number of the regional manager.

Representative was very slow, Left me to hook up trailer myself, and trailer was filthy inside. Also I was told to just drop the trailer in the lot and everything would be taken care of. I got calls and texts and emails today saying it was not turned in. Yet, I got a final bill that was correct. Very disorganized paperless system

I needed pickup at another location at 9:30am. UHaul only had a van at this location, so they notified me. That wasn't a problem, but they didn't open until 10am. Then they showed up to open AT 10 and still needed to process and check the van from the previous rental. We didn't get out of there until 10:30 and he asked me to have it back by 1:30 (my rental price was for 4 hours). When I brought it back in a hurry using only 3 gallons...they charged me $24. My 19.99 turned into over $90 quickly.

Make sure the oerson checking the vehicles is better trained .this man waiting on me kept me waiting for an hour,then had to call Patty for help to get me on my way.He was really nice just too slow,needed more training.I would rent from there again Patty was excellent when she waited on me before.

Truck had over 30 blankets in it that I had to clean out and return. I had reserved a dolly but there were none available when I picked up the truck. The truck was there and ready to go which was most important factor.

The floor of the truck had water on it so obviously the roof was leaking. I was concerned not only about my items getting wet, but about slipping as we loaded the truck. Also, this was not the location that I rented the truck at, but Uhaul changed it to this place and it didn't open until 10am, putting us a good hour behind schedule and the person working the Uhaul counter was late getting to work. I feel like Uhaul could've delivered the truck to the location that I rented it from, saving me time and inconvenience. Also, I guess there were warning lights on the dashboard that the truck needed service.

Gas tank needs to be FULL! Then returned full. This guessing at position of gas gauge is a rudimentary calculation. I am wondering if the very first customer picked up the truck with a full tank and returned it at the same level (full), and each customer was it down to 3/8 tank in just so short of time (it's a very new truck) ?

problem get truck at first location in South Lebannon ohio had to 20 miles to get Truck. make sure where the location has a way to inform contact person let them know the truck is not there for pick.

Plenty of parking and easy to get into. Young woman who checked us in was very helpful, nice, and very knowledgeable about the process. She made it very quick and easy.

Equipment (15' truck and tow dolly) was well-maintained and ready to go. One major complaint, however, is that we found later that the tow dolly had a broken wire which blew a fuse, so the brake lights on the tow dolly did not work which is a major safety hazard. It would have been better for the pickup location to find this problem and disclose it to us, but we simply took the dolly to a U-Haul service center where the problem was promptly solved. It was great service and I think it speaks to U-Haul's business-wide services standards.
