The young girl who worked with me should be credited with this experience, she was amazing in her diligence and attitude. It's not often that we experience young children who have that much savvy.

Latrell SThere are three U-Haul places in Blythe, California. Two didn’t answer their phones on Saturday one finally called me back and said that all U-Haul dealerships were closed for the three day weekend. I thought that was ridiculous. Thank God the 76 station on Lufkin was open and very good at what they do and very thorough. It was a good experience after that.
BARBARA MThe person doing the transaction was so hard to understand and he could not understand me. He gave us no information on what to do. the paper he gave us had such small print even with a magnifying glass we could not read it. I had to call him back later because we did not do something we should have, I called U Hall first and they said i had to call him. He immediately started yelling at me to call U-Hall I tried to tell him I did just kept yelling over and over and then he slammed the phone. .
