Don’t send out faulty equipment because you don’t wanna deal with it would be my reply to the place we rented it from. She knew it was gonna happen, but they didn’t wanna have to deal with it.
SPENCER HUhaul App was down again. Would allow to finish delivery, but didn't receive confirmation on return. Contacted support through chat, she told me I needed to call location the next business day to report return. Very disappointed in uhaul app.
