I reserved online and had asked for an appliance dolly to be included. Online order said it would be waiting with the truck. One was not ready when I picked it up, and during the paperwork I did not think to check for it, so did not have one. Part way through my day of rental I realized the vehicle insurance had lapsed on February 28th.
