The truck was clean but had two window cracks. The U-Hail app was not working and as the system was down the operator had to manually key in my information and I could not enter the two small window chips/cracks. I took a video though. The operator was very nice and helpful, but the larger U haul system outage made the rental slow and did not allow me to log officially the windshield minor chips/cracks.

GPS took me to the wrong address, the business was closed so there was no one to help. The Dropbox key had a QR code to following instructions which didn’t work.
