I dropped the vehicle off on the 15th and they are trying to charge me for 2 days... I have video evidence of dropping the vehicle off on the 15th. U-Haul next to mine that I dropped off was damaged with a broken windshield and smashed side mirrors. I will be reaching out to U-Haul to get refunded for the additional day they are trying to charge me for.
