Truck was filthy with white chalky material throughout the back, had to be Swept out by us before we could use. This site did not have the 24 blankets and dolly we ordered and we were not called the day before to be notified. When we called we were told they had everything we ordered which was a lie, seriously considered not using U-Haul.

JACQUALINE AI went to pick up my truck at that location. It was not there. We had to go to another location in a van. Then when we went there, it was being blocked by another U-Haul truck then we had to go back to the location and get the key for the U-Haul truck then go back and get my truck out of the yard. I had this reserved for two months and the truck should've been there ready for me to pull off, I would never use this location again. They are very unprofessional. I would like a full refund, please.
