Place was closed. Uhaul 800 number sent us to a closed drop off location and no wifi to self return.
Jimmie CI was scheduled for pick up at 9am. There was no one there and I was unable to pick up a trail through the app and had to wait for someone to show up, more than an hour late and two other customers were waiting. Once he showed up, he complained about having to come to work and I had to to hook up the trailer myself, if I was not able to pick up the tongue of a 12’ trailer, there would have been no one to help me. As for the equipment, there was a flat tire that I had to put air in twice, the right brake light did not work and there were sharp screws and debris inside the unit. There was no help on site and the equipment was not cared for. If you rent here, expect no help. Next time, I’ll travel out of the area to pick up equipment.

April PGlad it was a 24 hour drop off option. I don’t believe charging me an additional $9 for mile overage was necessary, especially when U Haul scheduling changed my pick up location twice and my final drop off location too. Not putting this on the folks at A Plus as they are just following the rules.
