Besides the truck not being drivable between 60 to 68 miles per hour because the tires were out of balance I was charged excessive fees that should not have applied such as for something missing or damaged, nothing was missing or damaged, plus a $50 cleaning fee. The truck was cleaner than when I received it. RIP OFF!

Edgar XSecure mini storage did a great job, in fact nearly all the truck rental places are great. When corporate gets in the mix it all goes to hell! Why would you wait until the last minute to deny a customer if they have an outstanding bill and then charge so much to right the situation? Also if the storage place wears the uhaul badge it should be connected to Uhaul all together. I ended up paying nearly $1200 dollars to rent a truck for a 222 mile trip. That is outrageous! I DO NOT SEE myself using Uhaul for storage or transport any time soon or ever again.
