We needed an adapter for the trailer light connection. It would be nice if you had some of these available at the site. We had to go out and purchase one on our own. The staff at the location did not know where the closest location to purchase one was. It would also be good to specify the type of connection needed in the reservation.

Everything was good and professional
PHILIP DI rented a 5x8 trailer and had a great experience. The rental location was easy to find, and the associate handling the pickup was courteous and efficient. The trailer was ready to go when I arrived, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. Drop-off was just as smooth—the associate came out as I pulled in, helped disconnect the trailer, and completed the return promptly. Friendly staff and well-maintained equipment made the whole experience hassle-free. Would definitely rent from this location again.
