My appointment was canceled. The gentleman at pick up had to make me a whole new reservation. Then there were issues with the card reader and the only way I was able to get a truck is by using someone else’s card. I was a good hour behind on moving.
Davdna CWhen I picked up the trailer, nobody told me I was going to be charged for another day if I was an hour late. Nobody helped me hook up the trailer. Then when I returned it, neither the owner nor his employees would help unload the blankets and put them in the store and didn’t help put the trailer away. I questioning the owner about being charged for two days and he said you were an hour late. I will never rent another U-Haul from this company, nor will I ever rent a U-Haul anywhere ever again.
