Thom PThe truck I reserved was not available. This is a big deal when you have movers scheduled and have to be on time. Fortunately the gentlemen gave me a larger truck. The larger truck was not ideal for the area I had to drive into. You need to let people know when their truck is not available so other arrangements can be made. I will use Budget next time.

Rebecca RThey didnt have the equipment i was suppose to be receiving. They changed my pickup location without letting me pick a closer one to me which put me out 30 extra minutes on my trip. Very upset.
