Van smelled terrible from smoking and the tires all needed air. Better maintenance is needed. Just of the rental location could have not have been more professional or pleasant to me. She’ was great.
Alan MMy experience was great. The only thing I would suggest is making sure the van is clean in the back. It's not realistic for it to be perfect, but whoever had it last had a lot dirt inside in which as a result became muddy because of the rain. Other than that, it was a great experience.
EDWARD RChris was great to work with. Everything was ready and in good shape.
ROBERT WI had to figure out the lights ; not explained to me. I would have brakes on vehicle checked or front end. There was much noise coming from the turning of the steering wheel and grabbing of the brakes. Otherwise, I would have given an excellent rating.
