You changed my drop off location without discussing with me. You didn't even notify me... It just showed up that way in the app. This was incredibly stressful and inconsiderate during a time where I was trying to move. I had to call in and wait on hold forever to talk with someone to get it resolved. HORRIBLE customer service! This is probably more of an internal uhaul operations issue rather than something that should be blamed on the store, but whatever... you are all a part of uhaul and this should never be done to a customer.

Paul MAfter I went to drop off the trailer in Camarillo and found the place does not even open on Saturday. I had to scramble to find another drop off location. I went to UHaul on Laurence Dr in Newbury Park where the gentleman was kind and helpful in accommodating the return.
Sean FA couple things that are minor. 1. It would have helped to be shown where the gas tank was. It took us a while to find it because it's not in a normal spot. 2. We could have used help figuring out the parking break on the van. It's different than a normal car. I had to run back and find another employee to come and help us. That's it. We would definitely rent again.
