Worst experience ever. Truck was out of gas wouldn’t start. They told me to get to the gas station right away. When I returned it they charged me for gas saying it didn’t have 1/4 tank in it . When I got it it was so empty as I said had trouble starting. Then they said I drove 19 miles when it was only 9. Owner is extremely rude and has zero customer service. Read the yelp reviews and you’ll see it’s a common thread with him. He should be shut down

The reason I couldn't give excellent was because I was charged for gas when I shouldn't have been. I always take before and after pictures of the dash. I put slightly more than I start with based on the pics but because I did an after hours drop off & moved before opening hours the next day, I couldn't dispute it. It wasn't a lot of money, nevertheless, it was my money. Otherwise, all else was excellent.

The kid that helped me when I picked up trailer was not with it at all. At one point, he actually walked outside to talk to his girlfriend while customers were waiting to be served. Appointment was at noon - I didn’t get out of there till close to 12:30. He was the only one there. He was polite, but definitely not properly trained. He admitted that he didn’t know how to hook up trailer, chains and was ok with me doing it myself. Didn’t check lights or go over any details. Luckily I’ve done this before and was able to take care of it myself. Had it been someone else, I see a huge liability issue for them. The guy that was there when I dropped it off was definitely experienced and with it.
