Not happy that I was unable to rent one way. The day before my reservation I was told that no way rentals available . Luckily I was doing a round trip but it was not my intent to go out of my way to return a rental . Very poor planning from an unhappy customer

The staff is not friendly and Rude specially the managet name Dan. It said the on- line you can check- in for faster service but if ypu gp the store to pick up the key there is only one line for evrery body. That line is for those who did check- in on line and those who will inquire and Rent the truck on location, so tnose who check- in already need to wait for a long time too. Pls. all of yhe staff there is not griendly and not helpful .

We changed moving day last minute, our closest i haul was showing unavailable for the truck we needed. So they gave us a break on mileage since we had to drive farther to them to pick up and return the truck. Would definitely recommend! Great customer service!!

I was notified the morning of my pick up the location had changed to a very poor location for me. It took me an extra 20-25 mins each way to pick up and drop. If I had know this would happen I would've cancelled the reservation and taken my business elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed especially when I learned I had to return to same location. I didn't even have an option to return to location I rented from.

The employee that checked us in was pleasant and friendly and got our trailer hooked up quite quickly considering how busy it was. The employee that checked us back in was also very helpful and friendly. Had a very nice experience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the overall experience with renting this U-Haul. After checking the exterior of the vehicle and signing the paperwork prior to leaving U-Haul, I drove and loaded the truck four with my daughters furniture for her new home. luckily, I decided to check all the fluids before leaving to my next Destiination and found that there is no oil on the dipstick. All the other fluids seem to be OK. I drove back to the rental yard where I Rented the truck from and told them about the oil level. The attendant outside was very nice and courteous but didn't seem too surprised about it or embarrassed and added about 2 1/2 quarts of oil and said there that should do it. I got home and checked it again and found that it was Still 3/4 of a quart low. I added the proper weight oil to the vehicle And wash it because I had a thin layer of dirt all over it. When I got to my Destiination 400 miles away, I checked the oil again and it stayed at the full level. This vehicle obviously hasn't had a oil service in quite a while because it looked dirty even after adding the clean oil. The price was definitely acceptable for the size truck with the return one way pricing on line. Lucky for me I am somewhat savvy as to how to keep a vehicle maintained and caught the oil level problem.

I would not recommend this location. Most of the guys that work there in that location in particular have such a attitude and don't have any good customer service!! Nothing compared to the service provided at the Midway City location. The gentleman by the name Aaron. He is awesome. The reason why I had to use the other location was because they were out of the trailer I needed

Super frustrated when I was charged for stuff I didn't even use. I should NOT be charged $68 and actually would like to speak to someone. In addition the mirrors on the truck are very dangerous and are not right and move while driving. I am extremely disappointed in this experience.

Came to get my trailer that I reserved AND checked in for and when I asked for it, the guy gets up, mumbled something under his breath and walks out of the room. Then another guy finally walks in from the back and tells me the equipment is already reserved for someone else and had to call them to see if they could reschedule it. Why would you do that if someone already reserved it? What's wrong with this company's policies. I'd rather spend twice as much and get my work done than ever use U-hauls services again.

The only thing I wanted to point out that your fuel gauge sensor needs to be replaced, for $16 total miles, I had to fill up $19 dollar just to meet the return without being penalize for it. Either the gauge was inaccurate or the intake person didn't really notice a big difference.

Column shifter kept getting stuck. Took 2-3 minutes a couple of times to shift into drive. Ignition was worn and was hard to get key out 4 times. When I returned to location, two damaged areas were pointed out to me. Fortunately I had taken a pic on my own iPhone before I had left earlier in the morning.
