Russell D | Overall ExperienceParking was blocked by trucks trailers and storage pods, all storage on 2nd floor with no elevator. No gate to secure area, and the card reader system setup was confusing. Customer parking up front extremely limited because many doors taken by uhaul vans and trucks. Hated coming to the facility because of parking issues and the fact I have a bad back and needed to walk up and down with heavy items. Issue with one employee regarding parking to use bathroom due to zero parking Thankfully this location was temporary

MICHAEL B | Overall ExperienceI’ll be canceling my unit asap. When I got to the facility with the movers and their truck, I found out that the facility does not have an elevator. This is unacceptable.
Kimberly F | Online Move Inthe person who set me up didn't tell me anything the entry code wouldn't open the door so I couldn't put my stuff in storage and that caused me to not be able to return the truck yet because I couldn't I'm load it! I had to work today. I better not be charged for the Xtra day when this was not my fault!

They laughed said they knew where it was. I then asked to be showed location Dan took me to unit refused to help carry any thing upstairs. This wasn’t usual excellent service I count on from U haul. Was offered 1 mth free for incovience .
MICHELLE B | Online Move InI. Spite of signage saying there was an elevator, there was none. After asking for a refund, k have been waiting since April 30th for any action. This manager was not even on site when we arrived. He came speeding in a car right before we were about to leave, walked right by us, and entered the building, then finally called us back. Poor experience overall. Dan said he would refund my rental and take care of this with an email to confirm. So far I’ve had to call various numbers at least 4 times to finally get a refund, which I still do not see in my account. Do better.
