The location was far from where I had to pick up items and no extra miles were given to me. I ended up being charged more money and time for picking up here. The miles were not adequate for my trip and this cost me money and time. The drop off location was supposed to save me money but again no extra miles given and so it ended up costing me more. I was supposed to get 164 miles, the person at the pickup said she gave me 10 more miles. That’s 174. I was charged for everything after 143. You guys suck!
