I booked a 20’ truck for 24 hours days ago and then my booking was changed by U-Haul multiple times, kept changing the days I was suppose to get it and then said I could only have it from 8-3 because you guys double booked the truck and left me screwed. Didn’t give me the days I booked it for and changed it to multiple days earlier. Then charged me a huge deposit when no one said anything to me about the deposit even though I talked to multiple people at multiple different times due to you guys constantly changing it. The people at the Weyburn office seemed to know nothing and couldn’t help me. I got emails confirming my original dates and all the dates after with a guarantee for those days but then changed the dates. I will never use U-Haul again. It was such a circus using you guys. This is not how you run a business. 0/10 experience.
