Rhonda NTwo separate items: 1) The truck was what I needed, it was clean and ready. So, acknowledging what was good! Where I feel Uhaul can do better is with the on-line process. A live person would be great. I specifically did not request a dolly...and when I picked up the truck there was one in the truck. Because nobody was on site and this was a 'remote pick-up' - I didn't have a way to not take the dolly...in other words I was stuck paying for something I didn't want and had zero options or recourse. Also confusing was the creation of two different threads of communication. I had dropped the truck off using the App. and all went great. However I was still getting emails suggesting I was running over on the allotted time. When I attempted to go through the drop-off protocol through email their system didn't have any recollection or acknowledgement that I had already dropped off the truck. So...I'm left hanging as a client unsure on if there is closure to the ticket. Something that is complete B.S. is Uhaul stating that if you 'want to talk to a live person you have to agree to pay a $20 fee.' In the end, the truck was a fair value and was available and ready. I'm stuck with a fee I didn't request (the dolly)...and for these reasons I can only give this experience an average rating.
Sean MThe inside of the truck had purple sticky stains on the center console and dash. When I dropped off the truck the guy let me know a credit card was under the passenger seat (it wasn’t mine so at least from the previous trip).
