I went there at 0930 on a week day.. noone was there. I asked the guy at the gas station and he just told me a phone number and it rang until voice mail. I ended up leaving the truck near the uhaul area and taking a ton of pictures because it was a bit sketchy. I only used it because it's close to the base. I was just hoping to talk to someone to get a full receipt but the app ended up being easier.
