It was a horrible experience from pick up to delivery and you call the 1800 number and they keep on transferring.

Terrible reservation experience. Drove all day to ALBANY to hotel to pick up trailer I had reserved in ALBANY a week ago. The operator in Albany called that evening and said he didnt have one and too bad as "subject to availability". Outrageous...what's the point of making aand agreeing to a reservation. I had to drive 120 mile round trip to go and get a trailer from a different location. Terrible
