Interior of vehicle was not cleaned out of personal items from previous users. Customer rep said she could not guarantee our reservation and that we'd have to drive 10 hrs (one way!) to the closest uhaul to pick up our vehicle if they didn't have it. She could not see what was coming in/going out in her system. Same rep called continuously during our week rental saying we did not pay, though I could see the payment on my banking statement. We extended our rental days prior to departure and received many calls indicating we had not returned the vehicle on time.
