Owner was extremely rude. Charged me for the most expensive insurance when that is not what I signed up for. Did not explain anything to me and talked over me when I questioned my bill. I reserved a truck for $29.95, the $14 insurance, and estimated 20 miles at $0.99 a mile. I was charged $117 before I even used the truck. How does that add up?! Never got a clear answer from the rude owner. I will not be using uhaul again, I will make sure I go with another company when I buy my house in 2 years.

The ride to my destination was so bumpy I questioned if the truck had any suspension at all. The rental place was a mess, I questioned why they were even selling tools of all things. Customer service was horrible. I will NOT be using uhaul again.

Easy fast and good price
when a customer selects a vehicle size and the location they want to pick it up, the web-site should confirm that the vehicle is available from the requested site or at least show where the requested size vehicle is available.

The truck I reserved was taken. I did receive an upgrade which was a welcomed change. In the original order I reserved a utility dolly for the move but all where rented out when I arrived. Then I was charged for it after returning truck and people working didn’t seem interested in checking over my bill upon return was told everything would automatically go through once truck was checked back in.

The location actually moved but never updated the information online or otherwise, so upon discussing their location with the rental facility, looking them up online, and viewing pics of their location, i returned the trailer to a ghosted lot with "nobody home." When I called and spoke to personell I found...."no-one was home" again, it took 5 minutes to get the information out about the location of the new business, then I was told that I had to physically come in so they could tell me where to drop the trailer, as opposed to someone meeting me outside, despite the fact I was 30 seconds away, thankfully someone actually did arrive outside upon my arrival

I rented a 20’ truck from 11am Saturday to 11am Sunday and was charged two days. How does that make any sense!?

This location was great. The guy who owns the business was super helpful. However, Uhaul as a whole would get 100 negative stars. I was supposed to pick up my van after hours, so I used the online smartphone system. First it sent me to the WRONG location. Then after I took the selfie photo and photo of my license I sat there for 15 minutes while it "verified" my credentials. Then the color test came, and I still have no idea what the point of that was. After the test it went back to "verifying" me (another 10 minutes). Then the I got an error page saying "sorry, we cannot verify your credentials at this time. Please come back during business hours. Sorry for any inconvenience." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I tried going through the process again, but when I clicked on the link to start it said I had already checked in and that they'd "see me at 7pm!" I called the 1-800 number and sat on hold for nearly 15 minutes before I got to talk to someone. This lady was EXTREMELY rude and probably the most unhelpful person I've ever talked to in my life. She was super condescending and acted like I was a moron that didn't know how to use the system. She kept telling me to "just try it again" even though I told her I already did that and it wouldn't let me. After she argued with me about it I finally told her that I'd do it again and then call back and sit on hold for another 15 minutes to appease her. Without saying anything she placed me on hold! Then after almost 5 minutes she came back and said there was absolutely nothing she could do, she had no idea "what I had done wrong" (assuming I was doing something wrong instead of the system messing up), so I asked her what I should tell the people I was supposed to meet a half hour ago to pick up some furniture, and she responded that I was "screwed" and to come back tomorrow. I thanked her for wasting mine, my labor help, and the furniture people's time and hung up. The next morning I got a phone call from Uhaul (went to voice mail because I didn't hear my phone ring) asking why I never picked up my van, and scolded me for not canceling the rental so she went ahead and canceled it for me. Oh, and if I really did need it to call back using the 1-800 number. Um, no, I'd rather stab myself in the gut with a rusty butter knife and leave it there for 2 days than call the 1-800 number again!! I went back to the business once they opened and explained to the guy what happened. He was appalled because that could have affected HIS business. I told him I was not angry at him because I knew he had nothing to do with it. He told me he's had multiple customers have similar experiences, and he apologized profusely. I had rescheduled the move for Sunday morning and so the guy gave me the van Saturday without extra cost just to make sure I wouldn't have to deal with the online system again. So I have a suggestion for Uhaul. Fix your online verification system so it doesn't leave cus

When I came to pick up the truck that I had ordered the day previously, the man working refused to go outside and do a walk around on the truck. He said because another customer had come in. The customer had only been there about a minute because we were nearly finished. I find this inappropriate as they are required to do that every time and mark places that need to be marked. I've used this location many times and now not sure what I will do about the situation. Or even if I will use U-Haul if there is something else I can use close by
