I got overcharged even though I brought back my vehicle early. The truck was clean, but there was a cockroach in the cab of the truck.
Spencer JThe owner of the place where rented was rude and was charged for an extra day. The trailer was brought back a day early in fact. Not a day late. But was still charged. I called and they didn’t fix the issue or refund my money. The trailer had a broken concrete paver inside when I picked it up. Was not clean. The floor was oily inside the trailer. Was not the experience I had hoped for.
Ernest GWhen I first got to the location to pick up my trailer. The first trailer none of the lights would work. No breaks and no turn signals. They then switched me to a different trailer. The second one was just a bit better. Still had one of the night running light was out. I would definitely spend a bit more time making sure the lights are all working. That is a really big deal, especially the break light and for the night time drive.
