The owner told me to park my car in a lot before I rented the truck. When I came back to the store with the truck, my car was locked in the lot where he told me specifically where to park. Very frustrated!!

Attendant was watching a reality show with naked people ...blurred private parts But big screen facing the customers made us very uncomfortable. Service was fine cost was very good but I could not refer anyone to them due to this and would not choose to use them again.

Was quoted a price of $208 plus $40/day for 2 additional days I requested. I was charged $295 the first day. I was not pleased to be charged 400 times the advertised price but to be charged an additional almost $100 borders on usary rates.

U Haul is a national level organization. The truck hired had intense smoking smell inside that is caused migraine to my friend while sitting with me. What kind of quality service you are ensuring for your customer. I hired it for the first time after hearing good feedback from my friends but unfortunately had a horrible experience and returned the truck with in 6 hours only after hiring as did not feel like using it further. I am sorry, you lost a potential customer!! Thanks for everything.

The agent did several things wrong and called me a liar more than once when pointing out his mistakes. The owner was yelling at him, saying he was worthless. They had words. It was like dealing with a bunch of uneducated hillbillies. I absolutely to not recommend this location to anyone. There are much nicer ones and agents in the area. I used to be a uhaul agent and this behavior shocked me. And it truly makes uhaul look like idiots. Sorry the truth is the truth. I'm still shaking my head at the experience. Had my son been with I know that skinny agent as he called his self would have been picking himself up off the floor. I have never experienced such bad and rude customer service.

Started to rent from local "Neighborhood" location. Without support from u-haul to keep them in equipment vs letting them rely on whatever is returned to their location; this , for me, gives u-haul a black eye and a bad name.

I had reserved blankets and a dolly. When I picked up the truck, I was told there were not any available. What is the point of the reservation if the equipment is not there? Then, I was charged extra for not having enough fuel in the tank. I disagree with that. I stopped and put gas in twice to make sure there was enough gas in the tank to match what I had when I picked up the truck. Disappointed.

All personnel were courteous, helpful, pleasant, and professional. I had read some critical reviews of some of the facilities I’d utilized but all of my experiences were very positive. The Greenwood location was very good to work with. However, the original location up north did not have the truck we ordered. we had to travel 45 min. south to pick it up.very inconsiderate and unacceptable on U Haul.

The movers I used who were recommended to me by this dealer (I assumed uhaul movers) drove the truck into a carport at my apt complex distroying it and totaling 2 cars under it. I called Uhaul customer service and was on hold over 30 min and no one ever came on the line. I started a chat and it took 20 min for someone to get with me then. I explained I needed to speak to someone to verify that my purchse of the $14 insurance would cover me and I was not responsible for this destruction. Also the dealer who checked me out, knowing I WAS NOT going to be driving the truck, the movers were, didnt put this on the paperwork. Thankfully when the police came the name of the driver was given to them. The chat rep told me I wld have to fill out an accident form. That was not what I was asking for and the driver had already did this. Your customer service is horrible. Here there is approximately $120,000 in damages and I neededly desperately to speak to someone. Never again. I dont blame this dealer. This survey is about ur customer service.

The driver cab was full of ants tje location for pick up was in whiteland in. not Greenwood In. like i wad told and i did not receive help with hooking up my car tow and had to do it myself or did I receive my packing pad that I purchased to use.

My original location was unavailable, they sent me to a different location via phone call 48 hours ahead of time, I was glad to have the information ahead of time. The gentlemen on the phone, Matt I believe, told me he would add a certificate for $10 on the account, which was not applied. I had reserved a 17' truck, there were none when I got there, the gentlemen at the location was able to get me into a 27' truck, with only a 45 minute delay. I would like to know where the $10 certificate was applied. Thank You.

Cleanliness wasnt an issue, and understandably, equipment comes from all over, so I dont feel it was this location's fault, however, the equipment (26' truck) was unexplicably poor during driving and had significant dents across the entire vehichle.

John was incredible. He was dealing with an unruly woman as I walked in. Did everything he could to help her regardless of how awful she was acting. Even though by the time he was able to help me it was after closing, he did not rush me - was very friendly and helpful. Uhaul could do nothing but benefit from more employees like him. Call the day before to confirm they have your reservation/vehicle. My experience was ok but, the customers in front were extremely angered because they didn't have the vehicle they had reserved. In fact, I brought mine in early and was told my veheicle was one of the one being waited on. The new girl was very polite and courteous.
