Truck was dirty on the inside and smelled like cigarette smoke. People at location were very helpful. They gave me blankets for moving when Uhaul didn't have any that i had ordered.

The actual uhaul desk is the paint department desk..just a tip to let people know
BRIAN LReturned the U-haul on Friday afternoon. Person at the counter could not figure out the return in the system and said that I would have to come back when the manager was it. I had a ride waiting to pick me up and could not return later. Could not access the website to return the vehicle remotely. Took my own pictures, left the vehicle next to another u-haul and dropped the key in the box. Didn't get a return receipt until Sunday afternoon.
DAVID WMike was great. They were able to check me in with no issues AND i didn't need to use my phone for anything. (The uHaul App is very bad)
