The employee did not know how to use the computer to initiate the checkout and charged us for furniture pads before telling us he was unable to provide them. He told us to request a refund. The transaction took 40 minutes despite having filled everything out online beforehand.

Staff seemed annoyed they had to check out the trailer. No one assisted with getting the trailer hooked up or checking to see if the lights worked. This was a very different experience than 2 weeks prior when I rented a trailer at Fort Atkinson U-Haul.
