I only say personnel were not helpful because there were none present at my drop off. But the drop off site was appropriate.

Easy drop off. Business closed so no personnel present but no issue getting the return processed.
Melissa SPerson over phone was rude. Had to travel to two different locations to get materials I had already paid for. This was not told to me in advance. Only person who was helpful was guy working at Jim Wrights locations, super nice. Everyone else was rude and awful.
