Location was not open upon arrival. This was the second location because the first were a no-show as well. The truck itself was in horrible condition and felt unsafe to drive, with the brakes causing the entire truck to shudder when applied. In addition the interior of the truck was falling apart with the light controls just hanging from the dashboard. We did not try and rent another vehicle because we were in a time crunch and reservations had to be moved around because of unprofessional business owners. The overall experience was very poor and I will not be using Uhual in the future. Just as everything else in this country is falling apart, so is Uhaul it seems.
