They over charged me and did not want to explain any of the process. The attendant yelled at me and acted like he was doing me a favor when I rented the truck for 6 hours and they changed the reservation. They didn’t have the equipment I had originally requested and had to opt for the bigger truck. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had. They were not very helpful. One attendant said he would correct the equipment rented when I returned the truck the other attendant refused and said to comeback and deal with the first attendant. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Be cautious when returning your vehicle. One employee (I believe of Indian descent, though I don’t know his name) was difficult to understand and came across as sneaky. Fortunately, I had taken photos of the odometer and gas level before returning the car. He attempted to charge me an extra $9, claiming the gas level was lower. When I showed him the photos clearly proving I had returned it with more gas than before, he didn’t seem interested in verifying and just tried to push the charge anyway. I stood my ground and only paid what was fair. Just a heads-up — always take pictures as proof, because it feels like he’s looking for opportunities to overcharge.
Justin LIncredibly rude customer service! I will never rent from here again. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat paying customers. The owner/operator also tried to scam more gas out of me, luckily I had photo evidence of the tank as it was when I picked it up, at that point he refused to take the truck back and said I would have to pay for another day. I completed the check out via the app regardless, but a horrible experience and this operator will have a negative impact on uHaul as I may not ever return back as a uHaul customer after this.
