The on-site representative spent more time trying to get us to complete the return ourselves online than it actually took him to process it himself. Since we were returning the van one day early, the system was not giving us the option to complete the return online.

The inside of the cab had a strong odor of marijuana. If we did not have a schedule to follow, I would have requested a new vehicle. I had to drive with the windows down when not on the freeway.
