Very very unprofessional!!! I had to do the check in on the store clerk’s cell phone with her screaming baby in the background while she was working as a cashier. Giving personal information on a strangers phone while customers were in/out of the store felt really uneasy. I had no choice in the matter as I had to move my family out of town that morning. This incident makes me never want to rent from U-Haul again. Since that transaction I have had to keep a close watch on my debit account as that entire experience over the phone was not only unprofessional but just felt wrong. The truck only had half a tank of gas allowing me 167 miles when my destination was over 200 miles away. The truck had sunflower seeds spilled out all over the floor.
MeCole BI was doubled booked at the original location I was to pick up the truck.
Maria CStore clerk/ cashier did not know how to process turn in, store owner/manager did not processed my turn in until the next day
