Those guys if I wasn't pay attention ,they want to take money twice in my account,also they were so rude ,don't care about customer at all ,busy selling the cigarettes not recommend anyone to go on that place.Terrible.I spend one hour to pickup and to unhook my trailer NEVER AGAIN

When we had an issue we had to wait 45+ minutes for customer service and they charged an extra $20 for 2 gallons of gas, a 160 mile trip with the 15' costed about $260

Location was short staff. Not sure it was due to Corina Virus problem. Clerk himself was great customer service. Quick at his job for running solo.

Backdoor got stuck and didn't close, I called to get help something was wrong with the transfer, when I finally got ahold of roadside service, they couldn't help me over the phone. They sent someone out as I was in route. They said it would take an hour. I eventually took it back. Then they overcharged me for a dolly I didn't use and I would have gotten gas myself but had such a bad experience I forgot. So I was charged that too. I have to rent another truck guess where I am not going.

Had to hitch trailer myself. no one inspected the trailer. lights did not work. had to fix it myself. no one helped un hitch the trailer at return. charged me an extra day when the clerk that rented it to me the day before said it would not be a problem if i brought it back an hour or two later. If he had told me i would get charged extra i would have brought it back sooner. Owner did not honor what his employee said.
