Truck smelled like cat pee and was dirty in back- I immediately traded truck at the location on Pawnee. They were 6/5 stars- no pads at smoke shop that I paid for either.

Nice experience overall. I will rent from here again in the future. I could leave my car on the location while I moved my stuff locally.
Atul RThe truck was dirty in the front and back. Also, the check engine light was on and I’m pretty sure the gas meter is off. I had to add more gas because the meter showed a lower amount when the truck is not completely turned on. I recorded a video to prove it but only after I added more gas. I went a total of 9 miles.
CHRISTOPHER STruck had electrical issues. Location was unhelpful with those issues. Location didn't have the reserved furniture pads and appliance dolly. Had to go to another location for pads. Had to rent a dolly from a home improvement store.
BENJAMIN SClerk behind the counter had no idea there was a truck reserved and thought it wasn't there.i spent 30 minutes inside the store waiting for the only clerk inside of the building to figure out what they were doing while taking care of customers at the same time.
