The truck was pretty beat up. It ran ok but it was by far not the best long drive I've taken. The location wasn't horrible and I don't really blame the place as much as the diminishing quality of the truck. There were panels that were coming off inside the driving compartment. Just not well maintained. And to top off everything, your company stole money money from me over an invalid toll charge and charged me for it even though I disputed it and then had to gall to try to ask more questions 2 weeks after you took the money without authorization. The way this was "resolved" has soured me on UHaul as a company and I will use alternate rental trucks next time.
