How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didn't receive my moving pads and they were supposed to refund me my money for them, but never did.
Adrienne NMy one small gripe was I was charged for moving pads but there were no moving pads in the truck. I was told to get a refund afterwards but the gentlemen didn’t know how to grant the refund. Otherwise, it was a good experience. It was a gas station- it was a very meat and potatoes operation.
Joel SMake sure tank is full. I was told the gas tank was full so I should bring it back full as well. I traveled a total of 15 miles (7.4. miles each way) during my rental usage , yet when I filled up the truck (upon returning), it took 5.3 gallons to fill up, so my conclusion is that the gas tank WAS NOT FULL, or the tank has a leak, or this vehicle (small truck) gets 3 miles to the gallon.
Robert pFirst of all, I was promised a discount if I used this facility. I saw no discount on my bill. I had booked a much closer place to my home but was called and asked if I would change to this location to help them out. I did, but boy, I wish I hadn't. This was a busy gas station trying to have one person do Uhaul pick up and drop-offs as well as wait on customers. It was a long wait to get our truck, meanwhile the lines of other customers wanting gas or food items was piling up in the small space.
